In 1979, Roddy McAlpine and Randy Mason formed Mason McAlpine Brokerage and
Mason McAlpine Management companies. Mason McAlpine Brokerage merged into
Colliers International in 1999.
In 2007, Roddy formed McAlpine Interests focusing primarily in the office, land,
investment, retail and industrial real estate markets in the Humble, Kingwood and
Atascocita areas. McAlpine Interests has continued to grow and expand, handling
commercial real estate property in the Greater Houston area, including Dayton,
Baytown, Cleveland, and central Houston.
McAlpine Interests has always represented their clients professionally and produced
results through a "proactive" approach coupled with a personal touch, detailed
